- Early voting runs Oct 16 through Oct 31, 2026, 9 AM to 6 PM on St. Croix and St. Thomas and 9 AM to 4 PM on St. John.

HBCU news in the U.S. Virgin Islands
In May 2026, the Virgin Islands Legislature approved $2.3 million for the University of the Virgin Islands' free tuition program, which covers UVI's $500,000 spring semester debt plus the summer and fall semesters. (viconsortium.com)
