HBCU news in Delaware
In February 2026, Delaware State University asked state budget writers to make last year's extra $5 million permanent and add another $5 million for fiscal 2027, mostly to run its Wesley campus. The governor's plan had about $147.7 million for DSU. (delawarepublic.org)
