- Early voting
- The state's page lists no in-person early voting; mail ballot applications are due October 27, 2026, and polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on November 3.
- Races to watch
- Gov. Josh Shapiro is running for another term, so the governor's and lieutenant governor's races are on the ballot. All 203 state House seats and 25 of 50 state Senate seats are also up. The governor and legislature set funding for Cheyney University and Lincoln University. There is no U.S. Senate race in Pennsylvania this year.

The 2026-27 state budget, signed July 12, 2026, includes $1.1 million more for Lincoln University, bringing its state funding to $22,985,000, a 5% increase. (pa.gov)
